Why MedStudy asks for Google access
Google sign-in identifies your account using your email, name and
Google account identifier. With your permission, MedStudy creates and
updates its dated backup files in your Google Drive, including nightly
backups of synced work. It requests limited file access through
drive.file, rather than access to your entire Drive.
MedStudy does not ask for your Google password or access your Gmail
messages.
Study attachments stay on the MedStudy server; Drive backup files contain your workspace and attachment references. Read our privacy policy for storage, deletion and access details.
