Terms of Service
Last updated: October 10, 2026
These terms apply when you use MedStudy at medplanner.prepwing.app or through its Android app. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
What MedStudy provides
MedStudy helps students organise subjects, topics, notes, books, exams, study sessions and revision. Its content and planning tools are for personal study. They do not provide medical advice, patient-care instructions, college accreditation or a guarantee of exam results. Check your college's syllabus, exam dates and learning requirements.
Your account
Sign in using your own Gmail account. You are responsible for the information you add and for protecting access to your Google account and devices. Do not impersonate another person or access someone else's workspace.
Your notes and materials
You keep ownership of the notes and other materials you add. You give MedStudy permission to store and process those materials to provide workspace syncing and the backups you authorise. Only upload materials you have the right to use. Do not upload identifiable patient information, unlawful content or files that harm other users or the service.
Google Drive and backups
Google sign-in and Drive access depend on Google's services and your permission. Drive backups require your authorisation and cover synced workspace data; uploaded attachment files are stored on the MedStudy server and are not included in Drive JSON backups. Network failures, revoked permissions or service outages can interrupt syncing and backups. Keep your own copies of important study materials and check backup status.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass account protection, disrupt the service, distribute malware or use the service to infringe someone else's rights. Access may be restricted or suspended for misuse or to protect accounts and the service.
Privacy and leaving the service
Our privacy policy explains how account information, study data and Google permissions are handled. You can stop using MedStudy and revoke its Google access. To request removal of server data, contact the operator. Browser copies, downloaded exports and files in your Google Drive need to be removed separately.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep MedStudy useful and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free content or recovery of every lost file. Features and these terms may change. The current terms and update date will be published on this page. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.
